Vsco image saver update#
I would give a 5 star review but sadly this latest update has made me quite unhappy. One of the best editing apps I’ve ever used.

I hope these rendering problems are solved in swift time, so I can continue to experience the full extent of an app experience I have came to love, in VSCO. Yet I also have full confidence that this should be merely a teething issue, following the app’s recent facelift. A decision I would never take lightly, with VSCO being such a fundamental part of my workflow and my down-time. This is extremely frustrating and unfortunately may be enough to push me away from the application all together. The most persistent being the presence of black squares, rectangles and boxes covering parts of the photo, like some sort of glitch in the rendering. Problems I have never had before, have now started happening when saving photos onto my camera roll. However, since recent updates I have experienced frustrating levels of unpredictability, when exporting photos. This app has given me high levels of inspiration only matched by the quality of VSCO’s photo editing experience, an app I would recommend to anyone in love with the beauty of photography and aesthetic. Offering an all in one, photo-sharing platform with the emphasis on photo and not on “likes” or “followers”. This is an app I have used for many years. The app is a free download, but like we've already mentioned, it's only available on iOS.VSCO is a place where expression matters most. You can then send it to the aforementioned spots for sharing or safe keeping. Once you have the video, you can employ a number of filters, including a collection of presets developed alongside MTV and others, to put the finishing touches on that all-important GIF. If you're familiar with VSCO, you know that its mobile photography app allows you to apply a number of presets to achieve the look you're after before beaming them to a social network, posting them to the company's own portal or just saving them to view later. The company built DSCO: an iOS app that lets you easily capture a few seconds worth of footage to create the moving image. There are a number of apps that'll help you make your own animations, and now the folks behind VSCO Cam are joining the fray, too. Let's face it: GIFs continue to be a popular way of expressing yourself, no matter how you'd argue the word is pronounced.
